Return up and go through the door on the left (another red door) to find the Inverted Castle's teleporter. A platform will raise you to use it; press up to reach the keyhole. You need to discover another teleporter to use this one.
Exit the teleporter and proceed across from the red door on the right to the next room, which leads away from the Castle Keep towards the Royal Chapel area. This next area is a long hallway populated by Tombstone enemies, which are simple to defeat. The door to the Royal Chapel is at the end of this hallway.
