Guide to finding all five Skandha locations in Black Myth: Wukong, including Skandha of Form, Feeling, Thought, Choice, and Consciousness, plus rewards.

Hey there! So, you're looking to track down all those elusive Skandhas in Black Myth: Wukong, huh? These are pretty important items, and thankfully, they're spread out across the game's chapters. I'll walk you through exactly where to find each one, from the early game all the way to the final chapter. Let's get started!

Skandha of Form

You'll snag the first Skandha, the Skandha of Form, pretty early in Chapter 1. It's in the Forest of Wolves - Front Hills. After you cross the first bridge, keep heading left. Look for a Buddha head statue on the ground. If you've reached the Bullguard boss, you've gone a bit too far, so backtrack slightly. Just examine that statue to grab your first Skandha.

Skandha of Feeling

This one's in Chapter 2, and it takes a bit more effort. Head to the Fright Cliff area. You'll hear humming, which means a Buddha head statue is nearby. You need to collect six Buddha Eyeballs in total. Once you have all six, go to the arena where you fought the Stone Vanguard. The closest Shrine is Rockrest Flat Shrine. Head into the arena, find a large rock, and interact with it to deliver the eyeballs. This will trigger an optional fight against the Shigandang, and defeating it will drop the Skandha of Feeling.

Skandha of Thought

Chapter 3 brings us to the New West region for the Skandha of Thought. Start at the Valley of Ecstasy - Mindfulness Cliff Shrine. Push forward and take down the Non-White boss. After he's defeated, look for a rock to your right. You can drop down from here and follow a straightforward path until you find another Buddha head statue. Interact with it to get the Skandha of Thought.

Skandha of Choice

In Chapter 4, you'll be in the Webbed Hollow, and here's where you'll find the Skandha of Choice. This one's pretty easy to spot if you explore. After reaching the Purifying Spring Shrine, keep moving forward. You'll see a stream to your left. Follow it all the way to the end, and you'll find the Buddha head statue containing the Skandha of Choice.

Giant Shigandang and Skandha of Consciousness

There are no Skandhas in Chapter 5, so you'll have to wait until Chapter 6, the final chapter, back on Mount Huago. Before you proceed, make sure you have the other four Skandhas, as you'll need them to spawn the Giant Shigandang. Once you have the Somersault Cloud ability, head forward and slightly left towards a massive Golem called the Son of Stones. You don't need to fight it, just fly past. Keep an eye on your right for a narrow gap you can fly through. At the end of this gap, the Giant Shigandang will appear, but only if you have the previous four Skandhas.

Fighting the Giant Shigandang isn't too bad. Focus on attacking its hands when they're on the ground. Dodge its swipes by dashing backward or forward. When it slams the ground, you can either jump over the shockwaves by running to where they meet, or dodge roll through them.

Skandha Quest Rewards

After you defeat the Giant Shigandang, you can climb its arm to trigger a scene where you'll obtain the final Skandha, the Skandha of Consciousness. With all five Skandhas collected, return to Xu Dog. You can find him at the Cellar in Chapter 2 or Zodiac Village if you completed the Chen Loong Quest. Show him the Skandhas, and he'll craft them into the Five Skandhas Pill, which boosts your Health, Mana, and Stamina. Nice!
