Walkthrough

    In the recessed area at the end of the room, find a Data Disc (A5DD4) in a corner to increase Health Pack and Energy Pack limits by six.

    Head to the front of the upper area (back to the door, drop between breakable pillars) and use the Loose Stone to open a panel between two seated statues. This panel contains XP or a Homing Beacon (if you haven't picked up four yet).

    Return to the large room and take the other path (straight ahead).

    In the next room, find a statue with glowing eyes next to the door. Use the Gleaming Jewel in the statue to activate a Tech Station Speed (A5TS29) and collect Scarabs.

    Proceed through the door to a room with an Xtraction Point.

    Opposite the Xtraction Point (across the raised area) is a Weapon Cache (A5WC37). Diagonally across from the Point and tucked in a corner is a Sketch Book (A5SB16).

    Go up the stairs, past Health and Energy Stations, to the door leading to the Vault of the Ages. Save your game.

    Enter the Vault of the Ages (A5VOTA). The objective is to defeat Apocalypse.

    Use the Xtraction Point and head through the door, following the path to the open doorway where you will fight Apocalypse.

    After fighting the first Apocalypse, another appears in the center. To collect all items, enter the center when Apocalypse is not there. Use Quicksilver's Dash (R2+O) for faster movement. Directions are based on the entrance to Apocalypse's Chamber as south.

    Dash (R2+O) through the north door for XP and potentially a Homing Beacon.

    Dash through the east door, then north at the junction. Dash through any bars/walls. The floor will drop out. Use a flier to reach the upper part and get a Tech Station Striking (A5TS30).

    Now, prepare to fight Apocalypse. You may notice Harmonic DNA items left by defeated enemies. Picking these up extends the duration of Beefy Mode's powers, indicated by a yellow bar in the bottom left of the screen.

    While in Beefy Mode, head down the east door, then south at the junction. Follow the path to find Apocalypse in front of a generator. Defeat Apocalypse and attack the generator.

    After destroying the first generator, you will likely exit Beefy Mode. Return to the center, recharge, and head out west.

    Repeat the process: blast through Apocalypse at the end of the hall, then smash the generator.

    With both generators destroyed, return to the center. Apocalypse will reappear.

    Four statues will emerge as the Four Horsemen: Archangel, Abyss, Mikhail, and Holocaust. Fight Apocalypse and the Horsemen. When a Horseman is defeated, they turn back into a statue; smash them to ensure they stay down. Defeat Apocalypse a couple more times.

Secret Bonus Area (A5SBA):

  1. This area requires a character who can build bridges.
  2. The objective is to light three fires in the center by using items like the Gleaming Jewel and blasting rubble.
  3. Once the fires are lit, a platform rises. Head through the unblocked pathway and talk to Tony Stark.
  4. Return to the Teleport chamber to unlock a new character.

Skills:

  • Bishop (SKLBIS):
    • Bio Beam — Basic Beam damage. Energy cost and damage increase with level.
    • Plasma Blaster — Projectile (Hold). Fires stunning projectiles. Energy cost and stun duration increase with level.

Completion of Part 25 leads to the final cutscene and the ability to unlock new characters and skills.
