Dungeon 6: Thieves' Hideout

When the battle starts, immediately run up to Stalblind's shield and merge into it. This will trick the boss into moving its shield behind itself as it looks for you. Emerge from the shield and attack Stalblind from behind. You can use your sword or any offensive items like the bow.

When Stalblind notices you, back away quickly as it will spray black breath. Circle around the boss and wait for it to swing its sword. Dodge the swing by stepping back, then quickly attack it. Stalblind will then raise its shield again. Repeat the process of merging into the shield to get behind it.

Stalblind will repeat its previous moves, but its sword swing will now be a double swing. After the final swing, attack it again. It will then raise its shield in defense. Merge into the shield once more to get behind the boss, where it's vulnerable. After taking some hits, Stalblind will discard its shield.

As soon as Stalblind throws its shield away, get ready to run. The boss will prepare a sword spin attack and spin around the arena. After the spin, it will pause, giving you an opportunity to attack it. When it moves again, back away as it will swing its sword down at you.

When the sword is stuck in the ground, use this chance to land more hits. After taking more damage, Stalblind's head will detach and fly around the room, spraying black breath. Keep running to avoid the breath. Approach the boss and it will repeatedly dice its sword at you. Wait for it to stop dicing, then attack.

Keep up the pressure with your attacks. Before long, Stalblind will be defeated. Link and Thief Girl will then exit the hideout and head to the boss's treasure room, where you'll find a Heart Container and Osfala’s Painting.
