Cucco Ranch
Play this Cucco-dodging game south of Kakariko Village by speaking to the Cucco Girl. Avoid being touched by a Cucco for 30 seconds.
- Egg level: pay 20 rupees, win 40 rupees.

- Rooster level: pay 50 rupees, win 150 rupees plus a Piece of Heart.

Located directly west of Cucco Ranch, south of Kakariko Village. It costs 50 rupees to play, and you grab as many rupees as you can within 30 seconds. There is no in-game timer; speak to the owner within 30 seconds or win nothing. Use your own timer.
The easiest way to win is to circle the area, use the Tornado Rod to blow floor tiles, then mow grass near the entrance. Speak to the owner just as time runs out.

- Score 100 rupees or more to earn a Piece of Heart.
You can play Rupee Rush in Lorule for double the entry fee and reward, earning another Piece of Heart. The layout is different, and you may want the Sand Rod. The strategy is to grab what you can and finish with the least amount of time left.
Fortune's Choice
This is a gambling spot in the east-most building in Kakariko Village and Thieves’ Town.
- In Kakariko: pay 50 rupees to open two chests (one with 1 rupee, the other with 100 rupees).
- In Thieves’ Town: pay 200 rupees to open three out of fifteen chests. One chest contains a Piece of Heart.
On average, you should make a small profit, but nothing amazing.
Hyrule Hotfoot
Follow the river east from Lake Hylia (south-east Hyrule) to find Racing Bro atop a hill. Pay him 20 rupees to play. Run to Rosso’s house within 75 seconds.
- 1Take the following route: one screen down, two left, one up (to Link’s House), one left, one up, one left (to the Blacksmith’s), and four up.
- 2Talk to Racing Bro near the end of the last screen to complete the race.
After winning, you can play again with a 65-second time limit. Finishing within this time requires practice. Be good at stopping dashing to avoid overshooting and use walls for movement control.
Should you beat the race within 65 seconds, you will receive a Piece of Heart.
