To unlock all the achievements, especially for both story paths, you're going to need at least two full playthroughs. Don't worry, though – the first one, following Vernon Roche's path, is where you'll get most of them just by playing naturally, building your character, and completing key tasks. A big tip for your journey: loot absolutely everything and talk to every single NPC you meet. You'll need all the Orens and XP you can get.
