Unique Properties

Sims with the 'Unique Properties' trait can use other Sims' kitchens for snacks and mooch for food and Simoleons in social conversations. While useful for hungry or frugal Sims, they don't provide a significant income source. Maintaining good relationships with neighbors is advised.

Natural Cook

Sims with the 'Natural Cook' trait excel at cooking, improving their skill faster and always producing perfect dishes without fear of burning food or starting fires. They automatically receive a cooking book, aiding in early skill development and recipe acquisition. They can also learn new recipes by visiting other lots and trying new foods. This trait is rated 5/5 for usefulness due to the ability to learn recipes easily and gain powerful positive moodlets from perfect dishes.

Neat

Neat Sims love a clean environment and will always clean up after themselves, making their cleaned objects last longer. They receive potent negative moodlets in dirty surroundings and from Sims with low hygiene. Their unique property is the 'Clean House' social interaction, allowing them to clean and tidy an entire house in one go. This trait is rated 3.5/5 for usefulness, as it can replace the maid but is less impactful without a dedicated Cleaning skill. A prerequisite for this trait is NOT having the Slob trait.

Neurotic

Neurotic Sims tend to worry excessively and can escalate small issues into major problems, often remaining tense. They find comfort in expressing their worries to others. Their unique interaction is 'Freak Out,' which scares nearby Sims and provides a mood boost. However, they take longer to recover their mood, and accidents automatically trigger a 'Freak Out,' negatively impacting controlled Sims nearby. This trait is rated 3/5 for usefulness, as the 'Freak Out' can be detrimental to other Sims under your control.

Never Nude

Sims with the 'Never Nude' trait are insecure about their bodies and will never remove all their clothing, even in situations where it would be appropriate.
