The Petrification status effect in Symphonia renders the afflicted character unable to perform any abilities. This condition persists until the battle concludes or until it is specifically removed.

Removal Methods:

• Panacea Bottle
• Recover
• Purify
• Miracle Bottle

Preventative Methods:

• Restore
• Stone Charm
• Palma Potion
• Syrup Bottle
• Amulet
• Krona Symbol

When a character is inflicted with Petrification, they visually turn to stone. A critical note for Symphonia is that if all characters in your party are afflicted with Petrification simultaneously, it results in a Game Over, with the sole exception being within Meltokio's Arena.
