Walkthrough

    Grab a Light Box at the start of the level.

    Jump on the raft and pass under or climb chain-link fences. If you don't have the Cat Power-Up, leap off at a platform, jump on the long ?-Block, and wall jump to the top of the cage.

    Backtrack slightly from the top of the cage to get Green Star #1.

    Return to the raft and ride it to the first piece of land.

    Defeat the normal Boos and Big Boo that appear using the Light Box.

    Get on the raft at the other end.

    As soon as you get on the raft, look for invisible cloud platforms to the side, which lead to Green Star #2.

    Ride the raft to the end of the course.

    Defeat the three Big Boos to make a Warp Box appear.

    If you have the Cat Suit, climb the wall to grab Green Star #3. If not, jump on top of the Light Boxes to get the star.

    Enter the Warp Box to reach the Goal Pole area.

    Use the invisible cloud platforms to reach the top of the flagpole.
