Clawswipe Colosseum

Clash with Cat Boom Boom Cat Shine: To enter Clawswipe Colosseum, go to the right of the main gate and find a hole in the grating underwater. Swim through this hole to reach the arena. Once inside, a barrier will appear, and you will face Boom Boom. He starts by spinning; you can jump on his head while he spins or wait for him to get dizzy. After the first hit, he retreats into his shell and bounces around. He will spin and turn slightly invisible after the second and third hits. Deal three hits to defeat him and obtain the Cat Shine.

Cat Pom Pom’s Counterattack Cat Shine: After returning from the Giga Bell, the Colosseum will be taller. At the front, hit the large question mark block, then Ground Pound the extended block to make them fully extend. Head to the right side of the Colosseum to find ledges with extendable question mark boxes, leading to an open window from the previous Shine. Enter the arena to fight Pom Pom. She will split into two clones, and all three will throw shurikens. Dodge these and jump on the real Pom Pom's head to damage her. The second and third phases add more clones, but the real Pom Pom is more vibrant, and her shuriken is a different color. Defeat her to get the Cat Shine.

Final Bout with Cat Boom Boom Cat Shine: On your third visit, the building is fully risen. A Bob-omb dispenser is at the front. To the right is a brick wall that can be destroyed with a Bob-omb. To get inside, use the extendable question mark blocks on the side, leading to upper ledges. Use the Bob-omb dispenser to blow up a wall on a slightly upper ledge. Toss a Bob-omb at the extendable blocks, then grab another to bring to the brick wall. Enter the colosseum and head to the arena, which now has spikes that emerge in columns from right to left. Boom Boom will spin, then retreat into his shell. On the second and third phases, he will spawn one and then two shells, respectively, that bounce around the arena. Deliver the third blow to win and get the Cat Shine.

Five Cat Shine Shards Cat Shine: The Cat Shine Shards can be collected from the beginning. From the front gate, there is a small pool of water on the left containing Cat Shine Shard #1. To enter the Colosseum for the shards, use the method from the second Boom Boom fight. As Cat Mario, run up the ramp with pawprints on the side and wall-jump to an upper ledge.
