Stats / Weaknesses:

• Boom Boom can be defeated by jumping on his head.
• He is vulnerable after his spinning attacks.
• On the second and third hits, he turns invisible while spinning and in his shell, but his outline is slightly visible.

Phases:

1. Start by jumping on Boom Boom's head. If you're having trouble, wait until he stops spinning.
2. After the first hit, Boom Boom will start turning invisible while spinning and when he's in his shell. Keep an eye on his faint outline to dodge him.
3. Continue jumping on his head. He becomes invisible again on the second and third hits.
4. Land the third hit to defeat Boom Boom.

Strategy:

• Don't be afraid to jump on Boom Boom's head even when he's spinning; it's often easier than waiting for him to stop.
• When Boom Boom turns invisible, focus on dodging his attacks by watching his faint outline.
• After defeating Boom Boom, a Warp Box will appear. Enter it to reach the Goal Pole and unlock World 3.
