This is the second blockade level in the game, and it's all about taking down three giant Galoombas. Don't let their size fool you; they act just like the regular Galoombas you've probably already met. Your main goal is to flip them onto their backs, and you'll need to be quick about it because they'll eventually stand back up if you take too long!

Walkthrough

You'll find yourself in an area with three giant Galoombas blocking your path. They look intimidating, but they're just bigger versions of the standard enemies.

To defeat them, you need to attack them once to flip them onto their backs. Any attack will work – a simple jump, a Ground Pound, or even using a power-up like the Super Bell or Fire Flower will do the trick. You can even defeat them without a power-up by simply rolling into them.

Once a Galoomba is flipped over, all you have to do is run into it to defeat it. Make sure to keep moving, as they will eventually right themselves if you wait too long.

Be careful of the lava surrounding the area, but don't worry, you can't knock the Galoombas into it.

Defeat all three giant Galoombas to claim the Green Star that appears.

Tips

You don't need a specific power-up to flip the Galoombas; any attack or even a roll will work.
Speed is key! Flip them and then quickly finish them off before they can stand up again.
Watch your step and avoid falling into the lava.
