Navigate Part 21 of Streets of Rage 4 with our detailed walkthrough. Learn strategies for defeating enemies like Garcias, Donnies, Koobo, and the boss DJ K-Washi.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
Riders & Margarets: Deal with the last Rider first, then focus on the Margarets. Hurl any available weapons like nailbats or clawhammers at them. Use a Star Move if rank is not a concern to quickly defeat or weaken them.
  2. 2
Garcias & Anry/Big Bens: After the initial encounter, you'll face knife-wielding Garcias, followed by an Anry accompanied by Big Bens.
  3. 3
Rooftop #1 (Stage 10-3): You'll be greeted by a wrecking ball and sledgehammer-wielding Donnies. Avoid the wrecking ball while dealing with Garcias and Donnies. Use the wrecking ball to your advantage by throwing enemies into it.
  4. 4
Rooftop #2 (Stage 10-3): After crossing to the second rooftop, you'll encounter another wrecking ball, Koobo(s), Donnies, and Garcias. The wrecking ball and Koobo's telekinetic tosses will help clear enemies. Stay out of the wrecking ball's path.
  5. 5
    Boss Fight - DJ K-Washi (Stage 10-4):
  6. 6
Attacks: K-Washi uses blue ground discs, small blue projectiles, and a large orange projectile. Later, he introduces orange ground discs that follow you.
  7. 7
Shield: K-Washi has a shield that must be destroyed before you can damage him. Destroying the shield stuns him, allowing for free hits. Hitting him shortly after he deploys a new shield also deals damage.
  8. 8
Summons: K-Washi summons Signals and Agents who can interrupt combos and keep you away from the boss. Eliminate them first if they become too much of a nuisance. Use Back Attacks against Signals if their slides are problematic.
  9. 9
    Strategies:
  10. 10
SOR1/SOR2 Blaze: Use Basic Combo on the shield and the boss.
  11. 11
SOR4 Blaze: Use Basic Combo-to-Blitz to break the shield, then Basic Combo-to-Blitz, or more advanced combos like Basic Combo-to-Hishousouzan-to-Defensive Special or Basic Combo-to-Kikou Shou.
  12. 12
SOR3 Blaze: Use Blitz to chip away at the shield, then use Combo Chains. Chou Reppa Dan can clear ground projectiles.
  13. 13
    Stage 11 - Airplane:
  14. 14
Elevator Encounters: Use throws to hurl Garcias, Donnies, Signals, and Jays off the elevator.
  15. 15
Victorias: Deal with two waves of Victorias. Throw back vials if possible, or use Jump Kicks.
Tips
  • The wrecking ball on the rooftops can be a powerful ally; use it to clear out groups of enemies.
  • Pay attention to K-Washi's attack patterns and prioritize eliminating his summoned Signals and Agents if they disrupt your offense.
  • Experiment with different character combos, especially for SOR4 Blaze, to efficiently break K-Washi's shield and deal damage.
