Dustil's Quest (Light Side): For light-side players, instead of completing the double-cross quests to access Uthar's room, it's suggested to use the security skill to pick the lock. T3-M4 can be used for this, and can be swapped out later. Double-crossing Uthar and Yuthura may yield more Dark Side Points (DSP) and save time, though it might be more difficult to convert Yuthura to the light side later. The XP gained from this method is uncertain.

Carth's Dialogue: If Dustil's situation is not resolved before encountering the Leviathan, Carth may stop speaking to the player. This is relevant for players pursuing a romance subplot with Carth (light-side, female) or those who simply wish to maintain conversation with him.

Mannan Assassination Quests (Dark Side): Dark-side players should be aware that the assassination quests on Mannan become impossible to complete after encountering the Leviathan, as Dantooine becomes inaccessible.

Sunry's Trial (Light Side): For light-side players, it is strongly advised NOT to hack the Republic computer and discover the truth behind Sunry's situation. Knowing the truth and still defending him results in DSP. While the video may be viewable after the trial, it's best for the light side to remain ignorant. However, the trial is lengthy and primarily awards XP, which is easily maxed out. Players might consider learning the truth to expedite the trial and save time.

General XP Gain: A general tip for gaining XP quickly is to repair droids to their maximum capacity. Ensure one party member has maxed-out Repair skill and equip a +Repair item. Repairing all possible components on a droid yields over 1000 XP for minimal cost in parts and time. This repair mechanic is otherwise rarely used outside of repairing HK-47 by the main character.
