Navigate Pinwheel Forest (Outer) in Pokémon Black and White. Find trainers, items like TM94 Rock Smash, and wild Pokémon such as Tympole, Pidove, and Timburr.
This large forest is home to a large number of trainers and wild Pokémon, and you’ll be returning a few times if you intend to fill your Pokédex.

Head left and regroup with Burgh before heading east into the forest in earnest.
If you go south, however, you can battle some trainers and grab some items. Also, if your Pokemon have taken a beating, you can speak with the Nurse for some free healing (after you’ve defeated her, mind).

Once per day, you can let a Fighting Pokemon punch the rock for an item.
After your little detour, be sure to check in with the Nurse, then head deeper into the forest, where you last saw Burgh.
