Guide to N's Castle in Pokémon Black and White: Find items, heal your Pokémon, and prepare for the final battles against N and Ghetsis.
Walkthrough
- 1After Team Plasma's castle erupts and attaches to the Pokémon League, follow N up the stairs for your final confrontation.
- 2Head left and up the stairs to the Second Floor of N's Castle.
- 3Run forward and ignore the first room. A member of the Shadow Triad will appear.
- 4Enter the room directly above to meet Anthea and Concordia. Anthea will heal your Pokémon.
- 5Back outside, follow the corridor to the right. Inside the next room, find a Max Potion.
- 6Continue right to find stairs leading up to the Third Floor.
- 7The first room on the Third Floor contains a PC. The middle room has a Max Revive.
- 8In the left-hand room, grab an Ultra Ball from a Plasma grunt.
- 9To the right of the fireplace, a Plasma grunt will teleport you to the Pokémon League, where another grunt can teleport you back. This is useful for training.
- 10On the Fourth Floor, find a Rare Candy in N's room and a Full Restore in the middle room.
- 11Proceed to the Fifth Floor and enter the final room to confront N.
- 12After a scene, you will have the opportunity to catch the Legendary Pokémon (Reshiram in White, Zekrom in Black). Weaken it, use status conditions like paralysis or sleep, and throw Poké Balls.
- 13If you capture the legendary, consider putting it in your party for the upcoming fight. N will heal your Pokémon before the next battle.
- 14Prepare for the Trainer Battle against Team Plasma N.
- 15After defeating N, your party will be fully healed before the Trainer Battle against Team Plasma Ghetsis.
- 16With Team Plasma defeated, you have rescued Unova.
Tips
- Use your Master Ball on the legendary Pokémon if you wish, but it might make catching it less challenging.
- If you capture the legendary Pokémon, it's recommended to have it in your party for the subsequent battles.
- For N's team, use key attacks against his legendary Pokémon and heal with potions. His other Pokémon require type-appropriate strategies. Archeops is weak to Flying moves, so Pokémon strong against Flying (Electric or Rock types) are effective.
- For Ghetsis's team, match Pokémon types to their weaknesses. His Hydreigon is his strongest Pokémon, so save your most powerful Pokémon for it.
