    The Ancient Ruins Labyrinth is Level 38. Enemies here give significant experience. Many are resistant to Storm but not LStorm, and possibly Fire/Sky. Bury and LStorm are generally effective.

    Find the statue of Gabnid. Use Sph cr to open the door with the fire emblem and board the craft.

    Head north from the room. At the intersection, the left path leads to an item shop robot (double price), and the right path leads to a save point robot. Note the doors above them for later.

    North of the intersection is the mercenary Mouth. Speak to him twice to recruit him.

    Head north and up the stairs. Walk around the perimeter to find another set of stairs and a robot named Nails.

    To recruit Nails: It cannot be healed by bottles or inns; use its Eng drw (left hand) for healing. Its Msl is like Bombbl (all enemies), and St legs are for single-target damage. It has 3000 HP. If Nails uses Eng drw on a group, it heals based on enemies hit. Nails leaves explosively if defeated. If a Nails robot is unavailable after it leaves, re-enter the screen.

    Head up the stairs. In the southwest, find a chest with Psych bm (good for Chezni).

    On the east side, find a chest with Sph gown (Midia's third-best armor, casts MGWall).

    Go up the stairs, then down another set for a chest with Sph sw (Midia's strongest physical weapon).

    Back upstairs, head west for a chest with Flame th (casts FireA, considered junky).

    Go up the stairs near the chest. Take the staircases down to previous areas (blocked by pink energy bars) to find chests containing Cosmo cl, Cosmo bt, and Rft sh.

    Head upstairs to the next floor, follow the perimeter, and go upstairs again. Find chests with Cosmo mt and Sph ring (Midia's best shield).

    Upstairs leads back to the Throne of Immortals with Jo-an. This exit is relevant later.

    Return to where Mouth was recruited. If you have Nails, ditch and re-recruit it at its spawn point to restore its HP. Heal and refill bottles at the supply robots.

    North of the item vendor robot is a door with a wind emblem. Use Sph ring to open it. Board the craft to proceed to Ancient Ruins under Naskuot.

    Ancient Ruins under Naskuot is Level 40. New enemies appear, including Trickart and Facewall.

    Head upstairs and grab the chest for Air cd.

    Head east. Many robots provide Lennus history. Go north through the door for a chest with Sky cd.

Tips:

  • Enemies in the Ancient Ruins give tons of experience, making it a good place to level up.
  • Pay attention to enemy resistances: Storm is often resisted, but LStorm is effective. Bury and LStorm are generally good choices.
  • The inscription on the statue of Gabnid provides navigation hints.
