Alright, so you've picked up a quest from Doran back in Cierzo. He wants you to take a ledger all the way to Berg, which is in the Enmerkar Forest region. Don't worry, it's a pretty straightforward delivery quest, and it's repeatable, so you can do it again later if you want!

When you get to Berg, you're looking for another shopkeeper named Pleel. The map shows her location pretty clearly – head to the northeastern part of the city. Just look for the marker on your map, you can't miss it.

Once you find Pleel, just chat with her and select the dialogue option 'I’d like to talk'. She'll take the ledger right away, and you'll get your reward.
