    Head north from Levant until you reach the canyon with the Parched Shipwrecks.

    Continue north east through the ravine eastward to find the Electric Lab, identifiable by its blue brickwork.

    Inside the Electric Lab, head west down the slope and use the lift mechanism to descend.
