Wait three in-game days after completing 'Questions and Corruption'.

Speak with Ellinara in Monsoon to receive the task to travel to Berg.

Ensure you have at least four travel rations.

Travel east from Monsoon's docks, passing Giants’ Village, Giants’ Ruins, and Ziggurat Passage. If Ziggurat Passage is not completed, take the south west Pilgrim Road to Chersonese, then to Enmerkar Forest.

Enter Berg in Enmerkar Forest and proceed to the Blue Chamber in the north west of the city.

Speak with Oliele inside the Blue Chamber.

Travel to the Forest Hives in the south east of Enmerkar Forest. Use the northern hive entrance to find Zephyrien quickly.

Speak with Zephyrien; he will die after the dialogue.

Return to Ellinara in Monsoon to report Zephyrien's death.

Ellinara will inform you that Oliele has been imprisoned by Damian Lockwell.

Locate Damian Lockwell in the City Hall in the north west of Berg, over the bridge from Ellinara. He is in the first room to your right upon entering.

Confront Damian. You can either threaten him or bribe him with 200 silver. To threaten him, use the dialogue options: “2: Let her go. Now. Or else.”, then “2: Do you really want to anger the god that was able to destroy the Scourge?”, and finally “1: He doesn’t need to. He could use this incident as a reason to revoke his protection over Monsoon and let the Scourge punish you instead.”

Speak with Ellinara to complete the quest.
