Alright, let's tackle this next section. You'll want to start by using that handy statue to top off your health and missiles. Once you're good to go, head back to the save room nearby and take the door on the right.

You'll encounter some enemies that just love to spawn, so take 'em out. After that, you'll need to make a jump across a gap. Keep running to the right; as your Speed Booster charges up, you'll blast right through the door ahead.

Now, jump into the tunnel. You'll see a big slug blocking your path. The trick here is to roll into a ball and go underneath it. Once you're below, shoot upwards at the slug to take it down. Grab the health and missiles it drops, then roll right and drop down to the ground.

Continue heading right. You'll spot another slug. When it raises its head, immediately run left. It'll charge, but if you stick close to the wall, it won't hit you. Fire a few shots at the slug to make it back up a bit. Now, roll into a ball and get ready. Wait for it to raise its head again, quickly drop some bombs, and roll back left. Your bombs will explode right under it. Keep repeating this process until the slug is defeated, and don't forget to collect the goodies it leaves behind.

Head right towards the slug's cocoon. You'll notice some suspicious-looking ceiling tiles. Shoot them to reveal an Energy Tank! Now, aim below where the tank was and fire a missile to create a hole in the floor. Jump up to grab that Energy Tank. Open the door and head left until you reach a wall.

Time for another Speed Booster sequence! Run right through the door, and as your Speed Booster activates, you'll smash through the floor into the next room. There's an enemy here you can fight if you want, but the main goal is the Missile Tank up on the left wall. Grab it, then drop back down. Head left and use the save room you'll find beyond the door.
