Throwing Knife

Throwing Knives are a secondary weapon (a weapon that can be equipped alongside your primary firearms) in Metro 2033. They are an excellent short to medium range silent kill weapon. They perform a one-shot kill when hitting the back of a target or an unaware target. They are not very effective against armored opponents and tend to lose power with range.

Controls:

• LMB - throw
• RMB - stab
• Hold LMB - power throw

Hold down the LMB (Left Mouse Button) before throwing for a more powerful and longer throw. The stab can be used in close quarters, but does not always result in a silent kill. Throwing knives can be recovered after being thrown.

Availability:

• You can find throwing knives on your journey or purchase them for 10 bullets at any trading post.
