The lower level

Return to the rear of the troop transport train and find the stairs going down.

Deal with the two enemies below. The closest can be knocked out, but the armored one cannot.

Knock out or kill the first Red near the campfire.

Loot the supply case by the campfire for a filter, Medkit, incendiary grenades, shotgun ammo, and revolver ammo.

Sneak around the boxes to the end of the walkway.

Wait for the armored Red to approach the box closest to the campfire. Sneak behind him and go down the ramp. Blow out the lamp.

Go to the right and position yourself behind the two Reds and the man on his knees.

Moral Choice: To get the 'Hedge-hopper' achievement, let the man be executed (lose a Moral Point). To gain a Moral Point, knock out or kill the two Reds before they kill the man. Note: Even if you neutralize the Reds, the man will still die.

Turn around and go up the stairs on the left. Stop halfway up and listen to the Reds talking about Fascist atrocities to gain a Moral Point.

After the conversation, the Reds split up. Do NOT turn off the generator, as this alerts all Reds.

Go to the top of the stairs and turn left. Sneak down and knock out or kill the Red in the tunnel.

Near the top of the stairs are two wounded Reds. To get the 'Hedge-hopper' achievement, kill these two wounded Reds after neutralizing the one in the tunnel.

Sneak down to the doorway. Grab the KEY in the small box on the wall to the right.

Go through the doorway and use the switch on the left to turn off the live wire below.

At the top of the stairs, find a red wall locker containing a Gas Mask and filters. Go down the stairs and open the door.

Run to the end of the flooded passage and loot the SAFE for +150 BULLETS (or +30 in Redux RHC).

Next to the safe, find Nightvision Goggles. On the pipe nearby, find a Bastard with a 2x scope, heat sink, and silencer.

Return to the wounded at the start of the tunnel.

Deal with the Reds by the fortifications without raising an alarm. Sneak behind the Red on the raised platform and knock him out. Then, knock out the Red at the Stationary machinegun.

Loot the table on the left for throwing knives, filters, a Medkit, and ammo. Find shotgun, revolver, and assault rifle ammo in a box between the stairs.

Go down the stairs and wait for most Reds to face away. Sneak down and take out the Red under the platform on the right.

Watch the Reds on the right who walk along the ledge next to the tracks. When they move to the ledge, sneak around and take out the remaining Reds by the tracks.

Then, sneak over and take out the Reds on the ledge to the right.

Go back to the main tracks. Find +8 BULLETS (or +1 in Redux RHC) on the first body near the destroyed Panzer tank. Loot other corpses for ammo.

Do not sneak too close to the wrecked subway car, as this will alert the Fascists. Instead, turn around and go down the stairs to the lower platform.
