After dropping down the hole, there is no way back to the upper floors. Proceed through the hole in the floor.
  2. 2
Kill the six alerted enemies in the area.
  3. 3
Grab the +5 BULLETS off the shelf before leaving the room.
  4. 4

Go up the stairs on the left side of the main room to find two arrows at the top.
  6. 6
    Proceed into the other hallway.
  7. 7
In the first room on the right, find some revolver ammo and a Revolver with extended barrel. You can turn off or shoot the tape player.
  8. 8
The other room on the right is empty.
  9. 9
The room on the left is where the first enemy in the building was encountered.
  10. 10
    Return to the main room.
  11. 11
Go towards the sandbags and campfire. To the left, find supplies including a +7 filter, a +8 filter, a Gas Mask, some BULLETS, and some ammo.
  12. 12
Exit the building and go to the right.
  13. 13
Head towards the spotlight in the distance by running to the right and along the edge, avoiding the radioactive water.
  14. 14
You will reach a partially collapsed part of the ground by a ruined set of subway stairs. The bunker with the spotlight is straight ahead.
  15. 15
Kill the six-man Nazi patrol and the one Nazi watching the bunker.
  16. 16
If you go back towards the building, there are some holes in the surface. Find the set of three holes surrounded by cars.
  17. 17
Go down into these holes to find a body with a Bastard with silencer.
  18. 18
Find a Gas Mask in the hole closest to the building.
  19. 19
Go down the stairs to go underneath the bunker and end the level.
  20. 20
    Proceed to [4.7 Black Station].
  21. 21
To complete this version of the Outpost walkthrough quickly, put on a gas mask or swap for the new one by the entrance.
  22. 22
Loot the body for some ammo.
  23. 23
Run out of the tunnel and go to the right.
  24. 24
Run around the ice blocks and past the shed.
  25. 25

  30. 30
Kill the two guards near the small building.
  31. 31
Head towards the three-story building on the left.
  32. 32
Ignore the demon that grabs one of the enemies.
  33. 33
Go through the break in the wall on the left before reaching the building.
  34. 34
    Cross the bridge.
  35. 35
In the backyard corner to the left, find a corpse with 5.45 ammo and a Bastard.
  36. 36
Climb onto the excavator and walk along its arm to reach a ladder.
  37. 37
Climb the ladder onto the roof of the building.
  38. 38
If you have the recorded message from the Defense level, go into the small wooden shed on the roof and use the tape player by the radio to transmit the message for the !Steam Achievement DJ Artyom.
  39. 39
You can kill a couple of demons here. There are two sticky grenades in the shed.
  40. 40
Equip a sticky grenade. Move out of the shed slightly and look up. As soon as you see a demon start to land, toss the sticky grenade using the Right Mouse Button for a quick toss. The sticky grenade should stick to the demon and kill it. Repeat for the second demon.
  41. 41
Exit the shed and go to the left.
  42. 42
Find a body on the roof with a Kalash.
  43. 43
Go past the body and down the steep slab into a room.
  44. 44
Exit the room and go straight across the hall into the other room.
  45. 45
Grab the +5 BULLETS and shotgun ammo from the corpse.
  46. 46
Exit the room and return to the hallway.
  47. 47
    Disarm the three grenade traps.
  48. 48
The room on the left has some sniper ammo.
  49. 49
Exit the hallway, go to the left, and drop down to the next floor.
  50. 50
Kill the four enemies in this part of the building. One guard in a blue parka has a lootable filter if you don't shoot off his gas mask. The enemy in the heavy suit has two filters if you don't shoot off his gas mask or helmet. Using grenades can destroy filters.
  51. 51
Kill all guards with body shots to pick up between +7 and +9 in filters.
  52. 52
Check the rooms on this floor for some revolver ammo and +4 BULLETS in a window by a backpack.
  53. 53
Go to the central room with the alarm bell.
  54. 54
Go up the stairs to find 5.45 ammo by a backpack and an arrow stuck in the railing by the blocked stairs going down.
  55. 55
To skip some enemies, go to the bottom of the blocked stairs and go through the broken railing to drop down to the next floor. This is a one-way trip.
  56. 56
Grab the two arrows by the candle.
  57. 57
Kill the seven enemies in this area: one outside patroller, one patroller by the guard bell, a guard sitting by the alarm bell, an officer asleep in a room on the left, a guard in the hallway on the left, an enemy in another room in the left hallway, and another enemy in a room in the hallway on the right.
Tips
  • You find +3 BULLETS instead of +5 in one location.
  • You find +6 BULLETS instead of an unknown amount in another location.
  • Be aware that some actions, like using sticky grenades on the roof, might alert enemies.
  • If you want to preserve filters, aim for body shots on guards.
  • Be cautious of grenade traps in the hallway.
