    From the church, head east across the street to the northeast corner, then continue east to the next corner. Cross the street and enter the door south of the Oriental Beer sign.

    Return to Lucas.

    Go to Yellow Pete's gun shop, located southwest of the "H" in "HOBOKEN" on the map, next to the Twister Theater.

    After the cutscene and dialogue with Yellow Pete, Tommy can purchase weapons. Recommended purchases include the Colt 1911, S&W Model 27 Magnum, and Thompson 1928. The US rifle M1903 Springfield is also recommended.

    Return to Lucas.

    Lucas will tell you to find a specific car at the used car dealership near Chinatown.

    Head to the used car lot on the south end of the triangular block east of Chinatown.

    When no police are present, shoot the lock off one of the gate pairs. Open the gates, shoot the four Boxer dogs, pick the lock of the Thor 812 Cabriolet FWD (orange with a black soft top), and get into the car.

    (Optional: Lure the Boxer dogs near a car, blow it up, and collect their heads for your inventory. They can be used as boxing gloves.)

    Go to the art gallery, represented by the large brown rectangle on the south end of Central Island.

    Enter the museum. A cutscene will play where Tommy is ambushed by gangsters.
Tips
  • You can save time by returning to Lucas after seeing Yellow Pete.
  • There is a Health cabinet with 50 health in the auto service shop. Consider using it after dealing with the dogs.
  • Killing Yellow Pete, his door guard, or Lucas Bertone will not cause you to fail the mission, as they are no longer needed.
  • If you kill the Boxer dogs, you can collect their heads to use as a boxing glove.
  • Access to the Thor 812 Cabriolet FWD.
  • Progression to the next mission, "The Death Of Art-Grand Finale."
