Your expert guide to Left 4 Dead 2's 'The Barns' campaign on Insane difficulty. Master Moustachio games, avoid Hordes, and find supplies.

Alright, we're heading into 'The Barns' on Insane difficulty, and it's nighttime! This section has a Ticket Gate crescendo event and some unique Moustachio Minigames. Keep an eye out for Uncommon Infected, too. You'll find an Assault Rifle, Auto Shotgun, Scoped Rifle, 4 Health Kits, and an Ammo Cache in the safe room, so grab what you need before heading out.

First up, you'll need to shoot your way through some Infected in the open area. You have two main paths forward: either weave between the tents or go through the eating shack. Both get you to the same next area, so pick whichever looks clearer.

You'll stumble upon Moustachio's strength tester! This thing is tough, and you'll need to be healthy and have an Adrenaline boost to even have a chance at ringing the bell. Aim for the red block. If you manage to ring it, you'll snag an Achievement. Heads up: ringing the bell or even just trying and failing loudly will attract a Horde, so be ready to defend yourselves!

After that, you'll cut through the bumper cars area. Just keep moving through them and exit on the other side. The stadium entrance, which is also the exit for this level, is across the fence on the far end. Head towards the tents in that area. If you spot a Witch, try to lure her away from the group, and if a Tank shows up, try to draw its attention to give your teammates a better shot.

Next, you'll find another Moustachio game: the mole-hitting one. Pistols are your best bet here. Just keep shooting those moles until you've hit 42 of them. The whole team gets an Achievement for this. Be warned, the machine's celebratory noises will also draw the Horde, so be prepared for a fight. Check the nearby buildings and tents for any extra supplies before you move on.

Now, it's time to head into the barns. Go through the doors and navigate through more barns. Some of these might have ladders leading up to extra supplies, so keep an eye out. The final barn holds Weapons and the exit. You'll need to climb onto the hay bales and make your way across the barn rooftops, using the ladders to get over obstacles. You can head back the way you came by dropping off the sides of the rooftops if needed.
