The rules are pretty much the same as Versus. Your main focus should be on gathering and loading Fuel Cans as quickly as possible. There are no Tanks to worry about in Scavenge mode.
Be careful not to fall through any holes in the floor by accident while you're rushing to grab Fuel Cans!
