Grab all the Supplies and head outdoors to the bridge.

Go up the stairs to get to the top of the bridge.

Head left to find an Ammo Cache, despite the path across the river being to the right.

Proceed to the other end of the bridge, navigating around and over crashed vehicles.

Avoid the Alarm Car (a specific type of crashed vehicle that triggers an event).

When you reach a tanker truck blocking the way with several vehicles, find an Ammo Cache inside the truck.

Climb the tanker's ladder to get over the barrier.
