    Find the first shard in the second section of the course. Search at middle height, to the left.

    Defeat Tick, the boss, in the fifth section of the course.

    In the sixth section, use the Bomb + Ice ability combination on a blue and black block. This will turn Kirby into an exploding snowman. Find the powers somewhere in the course. The tricky part is to defeat Tick with this ability. Place Kirby to Tick's left and keep exploding until he is gone. Be careful not to ram him and watch out for his little ones. They won't probably attack you when you stand just next to their Boss. Check the bottom-most part in the centre of the sixth section for the block, which you must destroy.
Tips
  • The blue and black block required for the exploding snowman ability is located in the bottom-most part in the centre of the sixth section.
  • When fighting Tick with the exploding snowman ability, stand to his left and continuously use the attack.
  • Avoid ramming Tick directly.
  • Tick's smaller enemies may not attack you if you stay close to Tick.
