Walkthrough:

Obtain the Bomb ability and the Stone ability.
Use the Bomb ability by throwing dynamite. If it hits an enemy, it explodes instantly. If it hits plain ground, it takes a couple of seconds to explode.
When the dynamite explodes, stones will blow up all over the screen, destroying everything and hurting Kirby.
