Learn about the Songstress class in Fire Emblem Fates: Conquest, including its unique skills like Inspiring Song and Voice of Peace, and Azura's role.

The Songstress is a pretty unique class in Fire Emblem Fates: Conquest, and it's important to know what it's all about, especially since Azura is the only one who can be this class! It's not a base or advanced class, but a special one with a level cap of 40. You'll learn skills at levels 1, 10, 25, and 35. Don't worry too much about reclassing out of it later; you can still move to an advanced class just fine.

The Songstress isn't really built for fighting. Its main job is to use the exclusive Sing command, which gives an ally another turn. Because of this, its growth rates are pretty low, making the unit fragile. You can pretty much ignore those low stats because the passive skills are where it shines, helping to mitigate damage quietly. However, you need to be careful because being within two tiles of enemies to use these skills puts Azura in danger. Her low health and defenses mean she can go down fast if she's not protected.

Inspiring Song is a fantastic skill to keep equipped when Azura is a Songstress. It boosts an ally's Skill, Speed, and Luck by +3 for one turn when they are sung to. It's super useful for giving your key units that extra edge!

While the Songstress might not look impressive stat-wise, its ability to refresh allies is incredibly valuable. Keep Azura around in this class; her support capabilities are worth a lot.
