Alright, let's talk about Izana! He's the Archduke of Izumo, and apparently, he's got some divine dragon blood in him, which makes him precognitive. Don't let his appearance fool you; he's supposed to be pretty chill and has a massive vocabulary. He joins your cause pretty late in Conquest, which is a bit of a bummer since you'll likely already have a ton of magic users by then.
