Bafsk Cave B1 Walkthrough:
When you first enter Bafsk Cave from the entrance, just head straight north. You'll find a Longsword lying around – grab it! After that, veer east and follow the path. Take the next turn south, and then the south path again. Keep pushing south until you find a Longbow. Once you've got that, head east to find the stairs leading down.
Bafsk Cave 1F Walkthrough:
This part of the cave is pretty straightforward. Just make your way all the way east and follow the path. You'll run into the Dark Knight, who'll let you know the Dreadnought is finished. You can't stop it, so just watch it take off. After that, head back into the cave and take the door on your right. Make sure you grab the Pass – it'll be super helpful later. Then, step on the blue floor panel to find a much quicker way out.
Towns and Travel:
After leaving Bafsk, you'll want to head northeast, go around the mountains, and then south into Poft. When you get there, you'll see the town's been hit hard by the Dreadnought, but that's not why you're there. Head to the Pub (it's just west of the town entrance) and find Cid. Ask him about the Airship, and he'll tell you about the Sunfire, the power source for all airships, including the Dreadnought. Make sure you Learn this information!
If you want to head back to Altair using Cid's airship, it'll cost you 700 Gil.
Important Note on Minwu:
Heads up! Minwu will leave your party when you talk to Hilda. If you plan on playing the Soul of Rebirth expansion, make sure you equip him with your best gear before he goes, so he's ready for whatever comes next.
