Walkthrough

Tropical Island B1

Head south from the entrance for EYE DROPS. Backtrack and take the northwest path. The first path leads to a HI-POTION, the second to another HI-POTION. Head east, then south for an ETHER. Head northwest, take the southwest path for SPIDER'S SILK, then head north to the next floor.

Tropical Island B2

This floor connects to different sections. For shopping, continue reading. To go straight to the treasure, skip to the CONTINUE marker. The exit is north. Head north and around to the next stairway, picking up SLEEPGRASS on the way.

Tropical Island B3

Head south for SPIDER'S SILK, then continue south to the next floor.

Tropical Island B4

Go from the bottom to the top of the S-shaped room to continue.

Tropical Island 1F

This floor features shops in the northeast corner. The Weapon, Armor & Item Shop sells Demon Axe (8000 Gil), Demon Spear (8000 Gil), Ruby Cuirass (600 Gil), and Gaia Drum (3000 Gil). The Item Shop sells Potion (30 Gil), Antidote (30 Gil), Hi-Potion (150 Gil), and Ether (1000 Gil). Note that Mysidia's weapons are stronger. Use Warp to exit.

Tropical Island B2 (CONTINUE)

From the entrance, head north for SLEEPGRASS (if not taken). Head east for SCOURGE TOME. Head south, take the southeast path for BLIND TOME. Backtrack, take the southwest path for another SCOURGE TOME and BLIND TOME. Follow the path to the stairway in the middle.

Tropical Island B3

The exit is on the same screen. Head south for GARLIC, then counter-clockwise around to the next floor.

Tropical Island B4

The real path is in the northeast corner. Other routes yield items. Head south from the entrance and take the stairs.

Tropical Island B3

A Monster-in-a-Box guards a PHOENIX DOWN. Return to the previous floor.

Tropical Island B4

From where you re-emerge, head to the southeast corner (east from entrance) and take the stairs.

Head north and take the stairs.

Tropical Island B4

Head south and take the next stairs.

Tropical Island B5

Follow the path to three chests. The upper-left chest contains a GAIA DRUM (guarded by Monster-in-a-Box). The other chests contain SLEEPGRASS. Return to B4.

Tropical Island B4

Back in the southeast corner, head to the far northwest corner and enter the stairs.

A chest contains DEATH IDOL. Head back up the stairs.

Tropical Island B4

From the northwest corner, head east, pick up 1000 GIL, and take the stairs.
