Head to the Old Yharnam lamp, interact with the double doors twice to enter. Turn right, take the stairs, and defeat the Wandering Nightmare. Drop to a wooden platform to collect a Blood Stone Shard if missed. Continue dropping to a lower roof and enter a courtyard with two Beast Patients and the Hunter's Torch. Kill the Wandering Nightmare and collect the torch below. Return to the drop-in point, hop down a crumbled railing to a ledge, then a walkway with a locked gate. Follow the walkway to a ladder leading to a bell tower with Coldblood Dew (2). Drop back to the Old Yharnam entrance. Check the courtyard corner for Blood Vial x6 before crossing the bridge to face a Beast Patient (Male). Collect Dew on the way back to the entrance, then grab the Blood Vials. Continue across the bridge, dealing with two Beast Patient (Male)s emerging from steam. Head to the building ahead, kill the enemy curled against the wall. Turn left, follow the building's wall to find a Beast Patient (Female) and Coldblood Dew (2). Return to the stairs, check the dead end to their left for Blood Stone Shard x2.

Walkthrough

From the Old Yharnam lamp, interact with the double doors twice to enter. You will receive a message from a Hunter warning you to leave.

Turn right and take the stairs. Lock onto and defeat the Wandering Nightmare.

Drop to a wooden platform. If you missed it while chasing the Wandering Nightmare, you can return to collect the Blood Stone Shard.

Drop from the roof to a lower section of the roof and enter a courtyard. Here you will find two Beast Patients (Female) and the Hunter’s Torch in a small alcove.

Kill the Wandering Nightmare and then drop down to collect the torch.

Return to where you dropped into the area. Hop down the crumbled railing to a ledge below, then to a walkway with a locked gate.

Follow the walkway to a ladder leading to a bell tower. Collect the Coldblood Dew (2), then drop down to return to the Old Yharnam entrance.

Check the corner of the courtyard for Blood Vial x6 before crossing the bridge to face a Beast Patient (Male).

Collect the Dew on the way back to the entrance, then retrieve the Blood Vials.

Continue across the bridge and defeat the two Beast Patient (Male)s that emerge from behind the steam.

Head to the building straight ahead and kill the enemy curled in a ball against the wall.

Turn left and follow the building’s wall to the opposite end to find a Beast Patient (Female) and a Coldblood Dew (2).

Return to the stairs and check the dead end to their left for Blood Stone Shard x2.
