Oedon Chapel Choice:

If you decide to send him to Oedon Chapel, he'll arrive safely. However, this isn't exactly a happy reunion for the other inhabitants. He'll start taking out the NPCs one by one, and in exchange for their lives, he'll give you Beast Blood Pellets. This happens after each boss you defeat, so it's a steady trickle of these items.

• Narrow Minded Man: You'll get 3 Beast Blood Pellets.
• Lonely Old Dear: You'll get 2 Beast Blood Pellets.
• Sister Adella: You'll get 2 Beast Blood Pellets.
• Oedon Chapel Dweller: You'll get 3 Beast Blood Pellets.
• Arianna, Woman of Pleasure: You'll get 2 Beast Blood Pellets.

Iosefka's Clinic Choice:

Alternatively, you can send him to Iosefka's Clinic. If you do this, you can then return to Iosefka herself and receive 2 Beast Blood Pellets. The twist here is that he'll eventually transform into one of Iosefka's experimental enemies. When this happens, you'll be able to collect some valuable items from him:

• 7,492 Blood Echoes
• Beast Rune
