Alright, so you've just come from Iosefka's Clinic, right? Instead of barging straight into that next room, do a U-turn and head back up the stairs towards where you started. You'll find the door you just came through is now closed. Iosefka won't let you back in, but she'll toss you a Iosefka’s Blood Vial. Keep coming back to her door if you're out of vials, and she'll keep giving you one as long as you don't already have one.

Now, head back down those stairs to the clinic. You'll have to face that Scourge Beast again. Take him down, and you can proceed.

The next room you enter has some goodies for you. Look in the left corner for a corpse holding Blood Vial x2. Before you leave through the gate, check the yard for Quicksilver Bullets x10. Grab 'em and we'll move on!
