Alright, so you're looking to find the Oedon Chapel Dweller? This guy's pretty important early on, and he's not hard to miss once you know where to go.

First things first, you'll want to make your way to the Cathedral Ward lamp. From there, it's just a short walk to the Dweller's location. He's chilling right next to the lamp, so you can't really miss him.

Talk to him, and he'll open up a new option for you: sending NPCs to his chapel. This is super useful because it can lead to some interesting interactions and even potential rewards down the line. Make sure you send at least one person his way.

Once you've sent at least one NPC to the chapel, chat with the Oedon Chapel Dweller again. He'll be pretty pleased and will teach you the Triumph gesture. It's a small thing, but it's always cool to pick up new gestures!
