Campaign is the primary game mode for both singleplayer and multiplayer in Barotrauma, offering a deep-sea adventure across Europa. Players embark on a journey, completing missions to earn money for supplies, discover new biomes, and potentially uncover the moon's mysteries.

• Map Navigation: Understand how to traverse Europa's oceans, from starting outposts to the challenging depths.
• Locations: Discover various types of locations, including Natural Formations, End Locations, and different kinds of Outposts (Abandoned, Habitation, Military, Research, Mining, Colony).
• Factions: Learn about the different groups operating on Europa, such as the Europa Coalition, Jovian Separatists, The Church of Husk, and Children of The Honkmother.
• Reputation: Understand how your actions affect your standing with various factions.
• Outpost Services: Utilize services found in outposts, including Stores, Crew Management, Shipyards (for upgrades, repairs, and new submarines), Medical Clinics, and Mission Boards.
