Head west from Village Outskirts to the main road, follow it north past the Radio Tower, and look for a slope on your left leading down to a fenced-off camp. Enter the camp through a gap on the left side. The Bunker is on the east side of the camp. Inside, proceed forward and find the Pneumatic Tube on the wall to your left. Be aware of Feral enemies within the camp.

    Casterfell Dam Data Storage Pneumatic Tube: From the gap in the fence at Bunker L9, go up the slope to the left. Follow the path north to a camp, skirt its southern edge to avoid hostile Druids, and continue northeast to a gap in the fence. Northeast of the camp, find a large hole with a rubble path leading down. At the bottom, face west to find the Dam Data Storage door. Enter the facility, go to the flipped-open crate, and look at the top of the wall to your left for a crawlspace into the Security Room where the Pneumatic Tube is located.

    Remote Bunker Pneumatic Tube: Found in the far northeast of the map at coordinates 28.0E, 91.6N. Head northeast towards the edge of the map. Atop a hill, a hatch leads to the Remote Bunker. Inside, go forward and look to your right to find the Pneumatic Tube.
