How to get Dr. Garrow’s Research Notes: To Dr Garrow

Find Dr. Garrow: Locate Dr. Garrow at Skethermoor Prison, south of Skethermoor, past a checkpoint northwest of Wyndham Village. You can gain access without being attacked by Protocol soldiers by helping Captain Sims, the Protocol leader, at the Village Hall in Wyndham Village.

Help Dr. Garrow Escape: Assist Dr. Garrow in escaping the prison. She will use an Interchange entrance inaccessible to you.

Meet Dr. Garrow Again: After leaving the prison, meet Dr. Garrow near the Central Processor at the Interchange. She will ask you to retrieve her notes from the Lower Level of the Robotics department.

Enter Robotics: To enter Robotics, you must power up either Data Store Bravo or Data Store Delta with Atomic Batteries. If you lack Atomic Batteries, consider obtaining them from the High Priestess in Casterfell Woods or the trader Molly in Slatten Dale. You can enter Data Store Delta via the Interchange entrance at Slatten Dale. Once powered, you can enter an area patrolled by two B.A.R.D. robots.

Disable Defenses: Sneak past the B.A.R.D. robots and use the Signal Redirector tool on the signal box connected to the machine turrets on the walls to disable them.

Obtain Control Room Keycard: Head to the Canteen within Robotics and then to the Administration Office. Navigate past rats and go upstairs to find a vent near the floor. This vent leads to a room containing the Control Room Keycard and two Training Stimulants.

Access the Control Room: Use the Control Room Keycard at the nearby Control Room. Press a button on a console to trigger an audio log. After the audio, a B.A.R.D. robot will patrol the area; proceed quickly towards the Robot Assembly room, located straight ahead from the Canteen exit.

Power the Lower Level: Enter Power Control Alpha, located on your left. Use the Signal Redirector on a signal box visible through a window to power up the area. Interact with the 'Wing Power Control' lever inside to increase the entrance's power to 50%. Then, enter Power Control Beta. Use the Signal Redirector through a window to access a room where you can pull another 'Wing Power Control' lever. Be cautious of electrified water puddles caused by an exposed wire near the entrance.

Release Magnetic Locks: Use the Signal Redirector on a signal box near the door to power up both magnetic locks and make the terrain safe. Interact with the console nearby to release the locks and enter the Lower Level of Robotics.

Find the "Locked Inside Weapons Testing" Note: Upon entering the Lower Level, you'll be in Robot Maintenance. Loot the body of a scientist at the entrance to find the "Locked Inside Weapons Testing" note, which directs you to Rosie in the Weapons Testing Room.

Access the Weapons Testing Room: Open the shutter to the Weapons Testing Room with your Signal Redirector. You will need to interact with three computer consoles with green schematic screens. Be aware that opening the shutter will activate two B.A.R.D. robots and wall turrets. Use the Signal Redirector for turrets and sneak past the robots, or use the explosive barrels.

Obtain Head Office Keycard: After interacting with the three computer consoles, you will find Rosie's corpse with the Head Office Keycard.

Retrieve Dr. Garrow's Research Notes: Return to Robot Maintenance and find the stairs at the back leading to the Head Office. Use the Head Office Keycard to enter and collect Dr. Garrow's Research Notes from the desk.

Return to Dr. Garrow: Bring the Research Notes back to Dr. Garrow at the Central Processor. She will provide you with important information and assign you another task.
