Still no Astrum at the second stronghold! Your next stop is Heirs of Aida Stronghold γ. You'll find the third stronghold just through the archway to the northeast. Once again, you'll need to take down the enemies guarding the stronghold before you can head into the tent and find the computer.

Head to the Black Market
Next up on your quest is the Black Market. You'll find it up the hill from Heirs of Aida Stronghold γ. Once you arrive, you need to find and speak with Franz. After your chat with Franz, talk to Hopkins, the Black Market merchant.
