    Proceed forward to find the first chest. Step on the plate to activate it, then flip the lever to exit.

    Defeat the Ravager bandits (two melee, one ranged). Focus on the ranged enemy first to draw the melee ones closer.

    Ascend the stairs to a larger room. On Easy difficulty, go straight. On Normal and Hard, look left for a room containing a chest beside curved stone stairs.

    In the next room, solve the floor puzzle by matching the stone tablets to the pattern on the wall above the stairs.

Vulcan Boss Tactics:

Vulcan is a floating fire mage. Prioritize using dodges to avoid key moves rather than for extra weapon damage.

  • Charged Staff Swing: Dodge as the boss pulls its staff back.
  • Ground Blast: Vulcan dashes and charges fiery magic, unleashing it on the ground in a large radius. Double-dodge away from the boss.
  • Fly By: Vulcan flies across the battlefield multiple times. Dodge to avoid collision damage.
  • Fireballs: Vulcan shoots two fireballs. Have two dashes available to dodge each one.
  • Impale Staff: Vulcan twirls, plants its staff, and emits damaging fire waves. Move far away from the staff and use free-aim weapons (e.g., EM Stars, Nightgale’s Feather, Icewind Arrow) to deal damage from a distance.

Ruin B-01 Chest Locations:

These locations are for Easy and Normal difficulties. Hard mode locations will be updated later.

  1. Chest 1 (All difficulties): Inside a locked door opened by standing on a switch at the start of the ruin.
  2. Chest 2 (All difficulties): Inside another locked room opened via the puzzle.
  3. Chest 3 (Normal): To the left, in a room beside the stone stairs leading to the main puzzle room.
  4. Chest 4 (Normal): Against the wall in the boss room.
  5. Chest 5 (Hard): In the puzzle room, back left corner. A new hole in the wall hides this chest.
  6. Chest 6 (Hard): In the room with Watcher robots and the armored mech, before the boss. Use the Omnium Hand Cannon to create a platform to reach the ledge.
