Interdimensional Frost Dragon

Another level 70 target, the Frost Dragon likes to fly around the Eyrie. Getting there is a bit of a journey: teleport to the Rusty Iron Camp Spacerift, then head southeast. You'll see some rocky outcrops with a big pipe. Climb up onto that pipe, and glide towards a small orange triangle in the air – that's your warp to the top of the Eyrie where the dragon awaits. Keep an eye out for the 'Frost Dragon Location' marker!

Guanglong

Guanglong, also level 70, patrols the road between the Transmission portal and the stronghold to its north. The 'Guanglong Location' marker will be your best bet, but it also patrols southeast of Simple Pier, so keep that in mind.

Otto is a level 70 target that can pop up on several floating islands. Some key spots include the islands southeast of the Ring Arena, southwest of the Ring Arena (near the Dock Entrance Spacerift at coordinates 54.1, -208.5), east of Base Zero (235.2, 95.4), west of the Mine Base (97.8, 308.7), and southeast of Puddled Lake (-197.4, 56.0). Most of these islands are reached using the blue triangular warps. The 'Otto Location' marker should help narrow it down.

Philly
