    From the tunnel south of the ramp, enter the water.

    Locate the Main Pirate Base / Subaquatic Post 1. Note the overlap between pirate (wood) and Mechanist (metal) areas.

    Deal with Mechanist patrols: one by the water's edge, one on the upper level, one on the stairs, and two on the roof. Use vine arrows from a wooden ledge to take out the water patrol, then from the roof to eliminate others. Use the carpeted bridge to quickly get stationary guards.

    For treasure: In a chamber west of the cave, find three mines. Above this chamber, use a vine arrow to mantle onto a wooden beam and grab a SILVER NUGGET (396/0/0|396).

    In the southernmost pirate building, find a table with 2 STACKS OF COINS (406/0/0|406) and a PAIR OF COINS (426/0/0|426). Enter this building via the open hatch in the floor from the water.

    Inside, find Markham's ship, Catherine's Folly. Enter the ship and find the treasure chest containing 400 GEMS (426/400/0|826) - MARKHAM'S TREASURE [OBJ 5].

    Return to the Main Pirate Base, go to the roof, and enter the tunnel in the south-west corner to reach the Old Living Quarters.

    Navigate the flooded Old Living Quarters. In the second room, find the SCRIPTURE OF THE MASTER BUILDER (OBJ 3).

    Go to the northernmost building and find the stairs leading down into Subaquatic Post 1.

    Disable the Watcher camera by dropping down to the Watcher Control room and using a lever behind a standing guard.

    Return to the stairs and proceed north into the Cargo Staging Area, then turn west.

    Enter Subaquatic Post 2 / Old Pirate Shanty / Main Cargo Storage.

    In the Old Pirate Shanty, find a water arrow and a fire arrow on the roof surround. Inside, guards watch four new keys (Cargo Lockers 1-4).

    Head north to Main Cargo Storage. Drop into the water.

    In a flooded room, find a PURSE OF 100 GOLD (526/400/0|926) in the north-east corner.

    Follow the next tunnel south to find the CARGO LOCKER 5 KEY [OBJ 9] in a room beyond.

    Climb into the locker room to find two flares, two flash bombs, and a Breath Potion. Also find 3 STACKS OF COINS (45 GOLD total) (562/400/0|962), a PURSE OF 100 GOLD (662/400/0|1062), and a note about Cavador.
Tips
  • Use vine arrows to reach elevated areas and stationary guards.
  • Blackjacking guards is an option for clearing patrols.
  • The keys for Cargo Lockers 1-4 are not essential for mission completion but can be useful for loot.
