From the table in the corner, collect the AMMER SYMBOL worth 50 GOLD.

Use a broadhead arrow on the target above the door to reveal a gas mine on the weapons rack.

Retrace your steps to the Pool. Lay moss arrows on the tiled floor leading into the Pool room, then enter and shut the doors.

Collect 2 CUPS and a GOLDEN VASE from the tables for 100 GOLD and 100 GOODS. Jump into the pool and collect the SILVER GEAR from the bottom.

Return to the MECHANISM and Benny's note in the west wing. Use the SILVER GEAR to open the MECHANIST DOOR.

Proceed through the corridors on Floor 3. You will pass another Mechanist door; do not open it now.

Hide to the right of the bottom of the stairs. A guard will pass, followed by two more. The first guard carries a BRONZE GEAR [PP 22], and the second has a PURSE OF GOLD worth 50 GOLD [PP 23].

Objective [OBJ 2] is cancelled and replaced with [OBJ 3]: reach TRUART'S BEDROOM SUITE.

Sneak north and open the double doors using the Estate Key. In the room with the fireplace, collect a PLATE and a VASE from the mantlepiece for 60 GOODS. In the room to the west, find another VASE for 50 GOODS. All loot is now collected.

Note: The spiral staircases from this room lead to the Great Hall on Floor 2 and require a BRONZE GEAR to open.

Go east from the fireplace room to the north-east Bedroom Suite. The double doors open onto the balcony.

Find the ladder in the Bedroom Suite that leads up to the Attic. Collect the Slow-fall Potion from a chest.

Cross the Roof to the other Attic and find a chest containing a flash bomb.

Go down the other ladder to TRUART'S BEDROOM SUITE, completing [OBJ 1].

In Truart's Bedroom Suite, read his note to Madame Volari. Collect a second Bronze Gear, which can open any of the three Mechanist doors. Collect MOSLEY'S KEY RING from the floor by the bed, completing [OBJ 4].

To complete the bonus objective [OBJ 7 - BONUS], take Truart's body to the empty grave. The easiest way is to throw the body off the Floor 3 balcony, then the Floor 2 balcony, collect it from the east doors in the garden, and carry it south and east, using Healing Potions and the Slow-fall Potion. Alternatively, drop the body to Floor 2, descend through the mansion, and repeat for Floor 1. Another method is to fall from the Floor 3 balcony onto an open door on Floor 2 to break your fall, then use the Slow-fall Potion to reach the garden.
