Upon entering, proceed to the top of the incline and use the Hookshot to defeat the Skulltula on the right. Collect its token.

Head to the bottom of the ramp, kill the Skulltula there, and use the Hookshot to cross the fence.

Blast the cobweb on the ceiling in the top-left corner with a Fire Arrow, then use the Hookshot to defeat the Skulltula and collect its token.

Enter the next room and kill the Skulltula on the wall above the stairs.

Roll into the first vase on the right to dislodge and kill a Skulltula.

Burn the cobweb blocking a vase in the corner with a Fire Arrow, then roll into the vase to reveal and kill another Skulltula.

Look up and blast the Skulltula crawling on the ceiling with the Hookshot.

To the west, burn the cobweb blocking a door with a Fire Arrow and proceed through.

In the next room, blast the picture on the wall in the top-right corner with the Hookshot to reveal a Skulltula.

Pull the middle bookcase away from the wall to the east to find a hidden Skulltula in the hole behind it.

Climb onto the bookcase with the Stalchild and look up at the ceiling to find another Skulltula.

Proceed to the southwestern portion of the room and kill the Skulltula atop a bookcase.

Across the room from the painting on the west wall, hit that painting with the Hookshot to find another Skulltula.

Push the northern bookcase eastward on ground level to reveal a hidden alcove containing two Skulltulas.

Return to the previous room and go partly downstairs. Look at the ledge between the wall and ceiling halfway down to find a Skulltula.

Go to the door and roll into the vase near the torch to reveal and kill a Skulltula.

Look carefully at the wall near the door for a hole blocked by cobwebs. Use a Fire Arrow to remove them, then use the Hookshot to defeat the Skulltula within the log.

Along the left wall, kill the Skulltula climbing up and down.

Head left into the next room, using Fire Arrows to clear out cobwebs.

In the next room, burn the cobwebs on the ceiling with a Fire Arrow and kill the Skulltula behind them.

Roll into the crates to the right to reveal and kill a Skulltula.

In the back of the room, kill the Skulltula crawling on the wall.

On the west side of the room, clear out a hole in the wall by rolling into crates. Kill the Skulltula on the ceiling of this hole.

In the southwest corner, look east and up to find a target to Hookshot onto. Destroy the urns on that ledge to find another Skulltula.

Return to the room with the stairs and leap onto the crates in the corner. Kill the Skulltula at the top.

Head through the door across the stairs to another room.

Turn around and look above the door you entered from to find a Skulltula.

Roll into the northwestern vase and kill the Skulltula that pops out.

Hit the second painting on the west wall (counting left to right) with the Hookshot to find another Skulltula.

Put on the Goron Mask and pound the table to reveal the final three Skulltulas.

Return to this room wearing the Captain's Hat. Speak with the Stalchildren around the table to learn the order in which to shoot the masks hanging on the wall.

Shoot the masks in the correct order as instructed by the Stalchildren.
