Story Mode Achievements: There are 27 achievements for story mode, including collectibles, story-related interactions, character/weapon maxing, and 2 difficulty-related achievements. Optional conversations do not count towards achievements, but there are 3 secret achievements to look out for.

Difficulty-Related Achievements:

• "You Can’t Stop This": Complete the game on Grounded difficulty.
• "Dig Two Graves": Complete the game with Permadeath enabled.

Recommended Approach for Achievements: For a less time-consuming method, play on Very Light difficulty with Permadeath enabled.
