The "Environmental Hazard" achievement in THE FINALS rewards players who effectively utilize the game's highly destructible environments to their advantage, often by causing significant damage or eliminating opponents through environmental means. This achievement encourages a proactive approach to destruction, turning the very arenas into weapons.

To earn this, you'll need to become intimately familiar with how different explosives and abilities interact with the environment. For instance, using the RPG-7 or the C4 on support beams or weak walls can lead to catastrophic collapses, taking out unsuspecting enemies or creating new pathways. The Goo Gun, while not directly destructive, can create sticky surfaces that slow down enemies, making them easier targets for environmental hazards or direct fire. Similarly, the Pyro's flamethrower can ite flammable materials, creating widespread fire that damages anyone caught within.

Pay attention to the structural integrity of buildings. Certain areas are more prone to collapse than others. Identifying these weak points and strategically detonating explosives can lead to massive chain reactions. Think about how you can use the environment to your advantage during firefights. Even the Light class, with their agility, can use their grappling hook to pull enemies off ledges or into hazardous areas.
