Burn the stack of bodies found after encountering another crow.

Enter the house on the left, destroy crates for items, and be cautious of the bomb in the backroom. You can either throw a bottle at it or attempt to disarm it.

To disarm bombs, stop an arrow in a circular gauge when it enters the blue/safe zone. It's generally advisable to press stop slightly before it enters the blue zone. If disarming proves difficult, you can crouch/sneak past bombs or dismantle them for [2 PARTS]. Practicing disarming early is recommended as bombs become harder later.

Smash crates, hop through the window, smash another crate, and collect [300 GREEN GEL] from the table.

Proceed through the alley, noting the trap at the end that currently blocks passage.

Inspect the cabin on the far right for a [SYRINGE] and [300 GREEN GEL].

Enter the house ahead. Avoid the large room with two bombs for now and proceed through the red door on the left.

Inside this room, find the [JOURNAL ENTRY - DECEMBER 2004] and [MAP FRAGMENT 4].

Enter the save hub via the mirror.

Collect the [SERIAL KILLINGS CONTINUE] newspaper issue from the newspaper stand.

Check the bulletin board for the [MISSING PERSON POSTER - OSCAR].

The nurse will unlock a new area in the hub with lockers containing items like Green Gel and Ammo, accessible with ordinary keys. Note the room next to the locker room with a map on the wall where you can place collected map fragments.

Upgrade your skills, prioritizing inventory stock for ammo, syringes, and matches. Save and exit.

Return to the room with bombs. You can either throw bottles at them or dismantle them. Collect [2 MATCHES] from the cabinet to the left and [500 GREEN GEL] inside the cabinet under the stairs.

Head upstairs, smash boxes, and exit through the door to meet doctor Marcelo Jimenez.

Use the nearby crank to open the gate.

Quietly open the nearby door. Enemies will appear. Quickly enter the second room and hide under the bed or behind the wall.

If only one enemy appears in the hall, you can stealthily dispatch them as they pass. If a second enemy appears, you will need to take them out as well.

Find [2 MATCHES] in the cabinet of the second room. The rack in the hall contains [300 GREEN GEL].

Sneak to the right to find [1 MATCH].

Head downstairs and grab the [AXE] sticking out of the wall. Avoid moving around the corner immediately as another enemy is present.

When the enemy moves away, sneak behind them for a stealth kill.

Move through the window in the next room and head right.

Quietly sneak after the enemy in the distance. Down them when they turn right.

Dismantle the two bear claws next to the building (which contains the save hub/mirror) for [2 PARTS].

To the right at the end of this path, find [300 GREEN GEL] and a breakable box. Be warned, the corpse will come alive. Use the axe if you have it.

Enter the building. If you sneak upstairs immediately, you can stealth kill an enemy for a torch (optional). Melee weapons/torches may be lost upon entering the save hub.

Head back downstairs, go outside, and approach the cart in the middle of the area to find a [TORCH] and [300 GREEN GEL] underneath it.

Do not proceed further due to a sniper ahead.

Instead, head up the stairs of the building to the left of the cart.

Find [2 MATCHES] on the table as you enter.

Locate a [SYRINGE] on the small round table to the right.

The small cupboard contains [3 HANDGUN AMMO].

Dismantle or sneak past the bomb on the other side.

Smash the boxes next to the steps and the barrel against the wall for items.

Go up the long ladder to find [1000 GREEN GEL], [2 MATCHES], [2 PARTS], and an [ORDINARY KEY] (smash the statue).

Move up the small steps, dismantle the bear trap for [1 PART], and kick the ladder down outside, but do not descend.

Stay in the shack and move down the small steps on the other side.

Find a random item in the three boxes next to these small steps.

Inspect the far end of the walkway for [3 MATCHES] and more breakable items.
